Guidelines for weight-loss program

1)For eveyone

Start prevention and treatment programs as early as possible

Eat home as much as possible

Engage in physical activities

Make sure everyone eats breakfast

Encourage physical activities

Let your child talk about weight and height

Avoid eating out in public with others

Do count your calories

Spouses and friends can work together

Avoid drinking in public

Lose weight slowly . Do not rush .

Learn to drink caloie-loaded fluids
